PMR accessibility
Salt and the companies that sub-concessionally manage the Service Areas, within their respective spheres of competence, guarantee, in compliance with the provisions of the regulations on accessibility and the Service Charter, as well as in coherence with the information provided to the public, the full usability of the available services to Persons with Reduced Mobility (PRM). In the event of any discrepancy between the information provided on this site and the actual conditions of accessibility and usability found in the parking and service areas, the PRM User is entitled to compensation in the manner described on the page ‘Complaints and Reports’.
